Madame Wu | Brisbane, Australia

Madame Wu's has a great vibe which is backed up by great modern Asian Cuisine with tastes that impress the most conservative and outgoing taste buds. We tried the banquet and not one course failed to impress.

The location on the Brisbane river is equal to any great river view in Australia and along with an excellent menu Madame Wu's also has a great drinks menu with interesting cocktails and a wide selection of wines, spirits and beers.

Of course we know by now though, not to get too excited about a restaurant before first trying the Affogato. I was surprised that they had an affogato on the menu, given it was an Asian restaurant, but again I was impressed! The presentation of the affo also maintained the experience however the ice-cream could be more tasty and the coffee more smooth (or less bitter). Still a very respectable 3.8 beans and I will return to Madame Wu.
