FINALLY! A decent affogato experience in South America.

A delicious lunch at Da Carla with a previous work colleague from the old days working in the Chilean mining industry.

I ate the Ossobuco filled pasta and it was excellent but then to find an affogato on the menu was a great surprise.

I expected the affogato to be poor based on previous experiences in the region but it was far from poor. The coffee could have been stronger (of course) but it was a classic affogato presented well and overall the experience was enjoyable.

I rated Da Carla 3.6 which was by far the best south american affogato to date. Stronger coffee would make it a top 10 affo experience.
